** What is “Gold-filled” jewellery?
Gold fill is an alloy containing 14K gold and various kinds of metal (approximately 5% of gold filled alloy is gold). Gold fill has the attributes of gold and does not lose its color.
** Are all diamond certifications the same?
No! American Gem Society (AGS) and Gemological Institute of America (GIA) are the standards in the jewelry industry. AGS and GIA are non-profit organizations and serve as the teaching arm of the jewelry industry and they are dedicated to the highest integrity and ethics when grading diamonds. AGS is also the only gemological laboratory that grades round brilliant diamonds for cut.
